Contact us today!This is a full-time salary position with additional commissions.ResponsibilitiesAs a Call Center Supervisor/Mgr, you will be responsible for valuing and inspiring a team of Agents through effective and consistent leadership, relationship building, reward and recognition. Our call center is a “sales support center” – where we follow up on leads and schedule appointments for our outside sales consultants with homeowners in the NC and SC area. We do not sell over the phone.Specific duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Ensure your team is meeting all company and client expectations in all areas of performance, quality, and compliance.
- Generate qualified appointments with homeowners in NC and SC.
- Confirm and dispatch appointment to our outside sales team.
- Develop and execute coaching plans based on employee need as directed by upper management.
- Train, develop, and motivate your agents to exceed set performance goals.
- Create and maintain a motivating and positive working environment.
- Utilize monitoring systems to effectively evaluate and impact performance.

Requirements
- 3+ Years of Management experience preferred
- Call Center experience preferred
